I believe it becomes an argument of history and that is an imperfect science. When it comes down to it though, most religions are not all that different, I would say.

@treysharkk Mormons are Christian. Most protestants don't see Joseph Smith as a prophet. Jews do see Jesus as a prophet. Any one know any different?

Muslims, Christians, and Jews are actually more similar than most think. Muslim's believe in the virgin birth. All three believe in the Jesus Christ the least as a very important prophet. Just a couple of similarities.
