@RocioDD I agree, it's one of the things I love most about DD and I liked many songs on Red Carpet Massacre. To me Falling Down is an incredibly beautiful song and very much a Duran Duran song. The Valley is great and was esp. good in concert.

Does anyone know why all these Duran Duran Coachella videos have the non-Coachella footage inserts? I find it quite distracting when all I want to do is listen to and watch the live song.

I really like Duran's version but they did it even better live. There are a number of Duran Duran live versions of this song, just Simon Le Bon w/ Cucurrullo on guitar--the simplicity suits it, especially as Simon sings it in a deeper softer voice.

If she's American she probably doesn't feel too badly considering Oasis had like 2 hits in the US and that's it.

Simon's a fine lyricist, not perfect but all lyricists write crap sometimes, with his own unique vision and his voice IS good, it has character, which is true of most of the most well known rock/pop singers. Bono's voice isn't exactly great and never has been but...
