even if a stage isnt fully based on luck, a lot of stages give really dumb advantages like mk on brinstar so it makes it pretty much impossible for the mk to lose so it makes whatever stage "illegal". if what your said were the case, then you might as well be playing with items at tourneys. and i know you dont play them all the time, i just quoted multy is all
