I am frequently open to talk, and I am usually open to Wi-Fi battles in Pokemon. You can use any Pokemon (providing it isn't super-hacked, like with PokeSav, unless it could be legal by moves, stats, etc.). I prefer Lv100 battles with any Pokemon, but sometimes I want to do Lv50 Non-Legendary battles (Phione excluded).
