Hello! My name is Gino. I am 21 years old and an overweight person. This is about a 1 year journey I plan to take. By Christmas 2012, I plan to loose at least 100 lbs....but my goal is to be down to 250 lbs. I was 344 lbs (Feb, 2011) and since then I have lost 24 lbs. So if you do the math, I know weigh 320.
But thats not enough for me. I still have 76lbs at least I want to lose. I do have a lot of muscle due to weight training class my senior year of high school. So thats a lot of my weight. I have a HUGE stomach, man boobies...lol... muscular arms, but flabby. I plan to loose all this EXTRA weight. I know its going to take some time, and is going to be tough but I have all the time in the world right now.
