I am a native of Kentucky, but I lived in Tennessee almost six years. I have played the piano about three and one-half years and sang for less. My approach to voice is a no holds barred one with all registers and timbres usable for all kinds of material. I never joined the school choir because the "Classical" vocal timbre bothers me, and it prevents you from successfully singing other brands. My vocal teacher, once a fantastic soprano, spent years removing the classical tone from her voice. I also like hunting, trap shooting, trumpet, sax, flugelhorn, and enjoying the company of others.
