Gilda Snowden is a Detroit artist, professor & Interim Chair of the Fine Arts department at the College for Creative Studies. Gilda also functions as the curator of the Detroit Repertory Theatre Gallery, where solo shows are given to Detroit-area artists in conjunction with the stage performances.

	More Tiger Stadium views You are right, Sheree! I have seen much better videos from the people who have set up their ladders to get closer views, but all of our renditions are valuable! 	Remembering Gilda: Gilda Radner 1946 - 1989 I used to hate my name when I was in graden school...it is Gilda. The cute, popular girls were all named Lynette, or something like that. I didnt know of any other Gildas until I saw Rita Hayworth in the movie, and when I started watching the original SNL shows when I started college. Gilda, of course, was my favorite.And she grew up in the Detroit area just like me! Rita was beautiful, and Gilda was funny, so talented, that it gave me hope. I wouldnt want any other name. 	DELL PRYOR GALLERY GROUP EXHIBITION Hi Sheree! I switched from using my Flip video camera to just using my little Canon, on video mode. This was so funny, because I hadn't planned on making this video, I just stopped in to visit with Dell while taking a walk! Just goes to show ya that it is SO important always have the camera handy...you never know what will cross your path. That area is changing so much, with all the new loft conversions and gentrification.... (1 month ago)
