@crusty36912 Actually :) I live in Canada too (Ontario specifically) I know we're not supposed to be able to get guns that can be converted, but... Go to the website for the Crown Surplus in Calgary. They sell manuals to convert to an SKS to full auto and make it accept AK mags.

@mcksvnssn1 You sound scared!!!! Killing, rape and robbery are obviously awful;but living life in fear isn't worth it. I'm comfortable enough thinking karma (or Jesus if you like) will keep most bad away and I or you can handle the rest for ourselves :)

@TekNacho Its because it isn't a sport, so many people find it to be a waste of time (sadly). Our society is full of stupid games (like MMA, kickboxing and BJJ)

@BabyGsus7 Real MMA! (what most people call MMA is only a sport and has little to do with reality considering sports are meant to be fair. Its always 1 on 1, with rounds, a ref and no weapons) This is as real as it gets

@BIGBKELtheGOD. Good message; each person should do whatever works best to get in shape. I think particularly good ways to exercise for these types of situations would be to focus on things like natural movement, parkour, martial arts/ self defense, etc (running is definitely great)
