The biggest tell of all is that this is a replica of the older 16610 model with the aluminum bezel. The SS Sub with the ceramic bezel is the 116610, and this looks nothing like it. Sheesh, if you're gonna try and pass off a fake, at least try to pass it off as the right model.

@luckyhubbie Whether or not something is "natural" may be beside the point. The question is whether our actions create effects that are ultimately detrimental to our own or other species' existence. If the answer is yes, then those action are not good, be they "natural" or not.

I appreciate your review. I don't know if it matters to you, but you're mispronouncing the name. It's French-Swiss, so it's pronounced "oo-LEASE nar-DAN."

Technically it's not a fake, since it doesn't actually bear any Rolex logos. It's just a cheap POS knockoff.

One thing I'm not clear on: does this have a hack seconds feature, so you can set the time to the exact second?

A couple questions: what's the series number of your watch out of 1948? Also, can you comment on the appearance of the dial? My understanding is the ceramic dial is very shiny, whereas the standard dial is more matte. Thanks.

How does the strap feel to the touch? Is it "rubbery," or more like leather/nubuck, etc.? It's a great look, and actually fits the watch better than Omega's leather straps.
