First of all thanks for taking the time to read this lamo 'about me' box, means a lot you're taking the time to get to know me, well just taking the time, means a lot to me, so here it goes:

I'm Kirsty I'm 19 and I have depression, anxiety (really improving I'm able to walk outside my flat now) and Bulimia, (but the eating is becoming more EDNOS every day).

I'm trying to recover at the moment, I feel it's the least I can do for my family, my friends. Seeing them hurting because of me, it's the worst.

I'm always happy to help, I want to be able to help anyone and everyone, but I understand that's not possible, unfortunately, BUT I'll try my best! Even if it means its only one person I help that's good enough for me :).

If there is anyone on the channel that knows me, feel free to watch but don't encourage me to stop because i won't, this is helping me, being able to vent and maybe even help others.
