Yes maam -- I did as you requested & was pleasantly surprised to discover that a couple of girls had heard NC's "The Ship Song" before -- one even knew the lyrics by heart which I think is very cool ...: ) On the flip side, one kid said it sounded like "old people" music -- ha ha.

Check this out -- I forgot the sound was activated on my computer. So, when I pulled up your channel, suddenly Nina Simone started blasting out the classroom's BOSE speakers -- ha ha. What is cool -- the kids really dig her sound. So, indirectly, you just turned on a new generation to her AMAZING talent ... :) Thank you gog Susie! :)
