Every year, GHEI offers students a free Youth Learning tour to expose them to the rich historical and scenic sites of West Africa. This was the first year GHEI took students to Cape Coast, where they walked the only rainforest canopy walk in Africa at Kakum National Park, attended a computer class at the prestigious Cape Coast University, toured the infamous Cape Coast slave castle, and experienced the ocean's saltwater waves for the first time.
