i'm not saying that this diet does not have merit. I am not saying that animal protein how we currently consume it is necessarily healthy. just that veganism may not be the epitome of human health as they are trying to advertise it. there is an elephant in the room.

throughout my life i have always tried to associate the quantity and quality of my food with events in my day. maybe something i ate produced a thicker load? something i did? i could never find the answer but I still wonder everyday.
