it's a pain in the ass, really. I had to create a whole new account (cuz this made things much easier) but i really needed to contact EA help and support so they could give me a step by step on how to register my account.
so do that, ask EA for help, while u wait the 2 days they take to respond go playing vbf2 and bf2 SF, or even Project Reality if you like it!
