About this user
I'm a certified makeup junkie.
***preserve your fragrances (in glass bottles) by putting them in a ziplock bag and storing them in the refrigerator. Keep them chilled and in the dark so that the fragrance won't change. Having them on your dresser ages them prematurely.
***Brush tip: Keep a pack of makeup-removal wipes or baby wipes nearby as you apply your makeup. As soon as you finish using a brush, wipe them down with a wipe to remove makeup and to slow down the growh of bacteria in your brushes.
This is not a substitute for a thorough cleaning, but it will get your brushes ready for the next use and since your brush won't be wringing wet, they'll be fully dry in about an hour.
***If you don't want to be in a state of regret later, then now is the time to use a sunscreen with at least a SPF 15. Always protect your face, and a sun block is the best protection. The Sun's UVA and UVB rays are most powerful between 10 am and 2 pm. If you must be exposed to sunlight, make sure you're fully protected. Sun damage can only be minimally reversed, so wear your sunscreen...no excuses!
***Speaking of the sun damage, avoid the harmful effects of the sun's ray on your eyes by wearing sunglasses. It's not the cost of the shades that matters, it's the amount of UVA and UVB protection that's top priority.
