thank's man it's bin about a month and i do exactly you'r stategie thank's to u i use to weigh 157 pound's (1 month later) now i weigh 169.9 pretty much i weigh 170 (yes i weighed myself in the morning with out cloth's). you' pretty much my motavation on when i gain weight.thank's man. ....
btw if you got any good tip for me let me know pleas also im working out every day (except saterday and sunday). |
