@TheOriginalLies Is always better to use separate sound card, because it wont load the usb bus as if two items make use of just only one port. This reflects as stability, anyway, it is more noticeable in older laptops/pc

@00dom00 You are right, midi doesn't produce any sound, but hey, It's obvious that J reffers to a drum machine style MIDI CONTROLLER , not a real standalone that produces beats. This mixer lacks of audio interface, getting one must make it one of the best dj mixers (solutions) out there.

Hey bro, I think you got skills, so take your own style as title of upcoming vids. Laidback Luke hes super dj, but I think oneself style is the best we can show to others.

are you sure your xps1340 does HAVE the 9500m ?? (9400G + G210M) Bcus I got one and drops more than 30fps higher settings. (my setup: xps 1340, 8gb ram, p9600, 512mb discrete g210M).

I know that some xps1340 didnt come with the 9500m but the oem installation says it is in your system, reinstalli...

Well... Im looking at it like a efx-1000 show. That scratch sessions needs more practice. just that bro, keep it practicing and the best I can say for you is : DONT EXPECT TO BE "LIKE" ANOTHER DJ, PRO OR NOT, ONESELF STYLE IS THE BEST WE COULD SHOW AS A DJ.

@deedeexvengeance Traktor is in external mixer mode, so the sound card is sending two separate audio channels to each of the mixers lines. I think we can't say its connected to traktor, it just receives sound coming from it.

@johnDfly DJ Culture is only about vinyl??? Where have you been playing pal, the dmc?? or maybe your bedroom only?, DJ culture is about playing/mixing good music, give people good vibe and have a good time, even if you play with laptop or cds, you paid the artists for those tracks, you supporte...

Im pretty sure that would be better to connect the record output of the mixer to your camera... that way you'll get better sound.

I got a cortex HDC-1000 too... The machine itself is very responsive, the last firmware make it stable as the one that came with it hanged a lot for me. What I recomend for this machine is to use wav, so the buttons will have better response and will detect best the cuepoint, for mp3 its just ok ...

I would preffer 100000000 times that this thing worked for transport only so I can use an external mixer. that cf there just dont make sense.
