A DSuper5 is essentially a DS 21 per engine. Our 1969 DS 21 Pallas went up to 180 km/h. Maybe you should clean the carburator. The DS 21 with 104 hp did 0-100 in about 12s. Yours seems awfully slow, and you should be able to rev the gears higher.
