Also the Operative and Merc healers are terrible compared to Sorceror which is why you got frustrated. Originally Sorcs were going to be the only healing class until Mercs and Operatives had a healing spec shoehorned in. If you played Sorc you would see.

This has to be one of the most mindless rotations in game. You hit the twirly lightsaber move twice then Project for big numbers. People say Operatives are easy mode but at least I have to manage 4 damage abilities on different cooldowns with gating.
