u can suck electricity from the rail its called induction grind possibly not in the beta but from some of the vids ive seen im pretty sure it is

@RealityPales the recharge works on anything that would conduct electricity but usually ur best bet would be to just recharge something u just drained hit r1 quick and hit it an ass load of times i hav no idea how u got through infamous 1 without that

alright put urself on the top canister and see if u can ride it and if that doesnt work trying using kinetic pulse on the top canister just as the explosion comes up
