1. Where did you get George?
A. In the summer, I work at a VBS at a church in my area. They had a stuffed animal gorilla, and I was in charge of it. At the end of the week, they let me keep him!

2. Why did you name it George?
A. I, in fact, did not name George. The first day, the gorilla was introduced, it did not have a name. We had to ask all the little kids what to name it. And a 3 or 4 year old screamed out the name GEORGE!!! (he was wearing a "Curious George" T-shirt, of course). Then everyone else yelled GEORGE! so we had to stick with the name, George.

3. Why did you make videos of George?
A. My friend from that VBS e-mailed me one day after VBS and said, " Make a stop-motion animation adventure with George!" so I ended up making a whole series.
