George DuWors,MSW, LCSW, BCD, began working with addictions in 1972, returned to school for an MSW at the U of WA (75-77). He has worked in in- and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency, as well as Employee Assistance, Drunk Driving and Private Practice settings. In 2000 he published the paperback second edition of White Knuckles and Wishful thinking, Learning From the Moment of Relapse in Alcoholism and Other Addictions. He has presented workshops across North America and in the United Kingdom. Currently practices in Bellevue, WA, specializing in addictions.
