I have been married to the Love of my life since 1995. We are the very happy parents to four Home-Un-Schooled, Breastfed, Un-Vaccinated, Fully Intact Children. We have two girls and two boys...! Our first baby was born in the Hospital, that sucked... Our second baby was born in a free standing, Midwife run Waterbirth Center. We totally loved it, but we still had to go somewhere. Our last two babies were born in our home :o} Our last three babies were all born in the water! Those were totally awesome experiences!
I am very blessed to be a midwife and to be attending home births on Hawaii's Big Island. I provide complete Midwifery care from Conception, Birth and Beyond.
I specialize in tandem breastfeeding, extended breastfeeding, sibling attended birth, PCOS, and infertility.
In my spare time, I run a Non-Profit Breastfeeding Organization providing state wide Breastfeeding Support and Education to all Expectant and Breastfeeding Mothers. I hold monthly meetings on Hawaii's Big Island as well as answer a 24 hour State Wide phone support/help-line for Breastfeeding Mothers.
We live on a small organic farm in sunny Hawaii. We raise Children, Chickens, Toy Poodles, Goats and various birds. We have a couple of super sweet cats too... We have a huge totally organic garden and grow a lot of our own fruits, veggies and herbs. Someday we hope to live totally off grid...maybe even in an "Intentional Community!"
