Do what all women do, look pretty, act coy, and hook him while pretending you're not. Then have someone else you really trust let him know about you by some kind of sideways manner and find out if he can deal. If he can't, there are others that can.

Wow, my brother had his appendix out when I was a kid and he had like a 4" scar. The little punctures may hurt but years ago you would still be in the hospital. Hope you feel better soon.

Is there a cosmetic reason (obviously no) ?

Is there a functional reason, i.e., can you chew?

Is there a health reason, i.e., headaches, bone degeneration?
