Trust me when i say this; the actual montage will feature some of the most jaw dropping and consistent gameplay ever featured in a GoW montage. It will not only set a new standard, it may be enough to obliterate any standard ever possible for a GoW1 montage.

Hopefully, that's all the hype you need. If it's not enough, you can take my personal word that Define's leftover gameplay clips are good enough to be part of a top 5 or 10 montage of all time if edited correctly. And remember, I'm talking leftovers. Keep in mind that this will be edited by Kareem, one of the most knowledgeable editors to our game, so it surely won't disappoint in the editing area either.

As you can tell from the trailer, big things are planned. This will be a community-breaking montage, mark my words.

A very short, yet enjoyable, montage by Lunatic. Lots of on screen B2B's and triples, and a few funny looking singles thrown around. The editing was also done pretty well, especially from a sync aspect.

The person who brought our entire community together near single handedly brings you some of the most ridiculous game play you'll ever see in Gears. The shotgun play seems like something you would only find in high-intensity clan matches, the sniper play is nothing short of phoenominal, and some of the Torque clips will just leave you rewinding, wondering where exactly that extra guy came from, or how that shot went how it went.

There's no editing because Kareem couldn't bring himself to edit his own montage. After multiple editors dropped the project, he decided to just release what he had to two of his favorite songs. While we all know Kareem could have been more than capable of editing this himself, this shows a much different approach than what montages had become at the time, and it was and still is a nice refresh from the standard. Had this montage been truly edited, it would be up there with montages like Define No Evil's 2nd and Iceman's final, trust me on that one.

The songs used are two songs that Kareem loves personally. There is no real syncing attempted or editing, so if you don't like the music, turn on your own instead of leaving a dumb comment about how you didn't like the music.

Finally, after much hyping and discussion throughout the community, Toxsick M2 is officially released.

Toxsick displays outrageous footage along with Subkultured's synchronized and upbeat editing.

Part 1 of the montage consists of footage from mostly ranked matches. Most of the footage was gathered in about two weeks.

Part 2 of the montage features many clips from competitive scrimmages and a few ranked matches. The clips are a result of two and half weeks of recording.

All of the editing was done by Subkultured within a one month project following the release of the Toxsick M2 Trailer. The programs used consisted of Adobe After Effects for visual elements and Sony Vegas for game play post-production.
