When I use my "averaging" tool, I set all three settings to a low level, yet the ground shoots down extremely far. Why is that?

God, watching this trailer high got me really excited. Non=Sexually.

It pisses me off that they criticise the level design as poor, multiplayer-like maps. These maps are beautiful. They are full of colour, and the entire game is full of biodiversity.

Do you know how fucking hard it is to create a level? Do you know how long it takes, and how you start off? ...

Is using UDK frowned upon? If you were hoping for a career in level design, would employers be unimpressed if you had UDK on your portfolio? I'm new to the world of Level Design, and I found it generally hard to find a good starting place. Thanks in advance. :)
