War - The Tale of Trooper Jath

If you pay attention to the lyrics of the songs without delving into the meaning of them, you are told the story of an eager young boy who joins the Guard. He is strong in his faith and beliefs, and hungry for glory and battle. He eventually begins to be exposed to the horrors of war, losing friends and seeing unspeakable things. An epic battle occurs, of which he is the only survivor. He goes on to fight off the temptations of Chaos as they try to comfort him and bring him into their grasp (this is supported by an amazing instrumental that tells the story even without lyrics), and he reaffirms his faith in the God-Emperor, though not his desire to wage war. The tale ends with Trooper Jath having learned a valuable lesson, and an appeasing, soft outro.
