I constructed 1 out of 2x3 lumber, I purchased 2- 8' 2x3's for 5 bucks and made the same type of stand. Mine is 52" wide and 5' high. I used hooks in the top of the frame and chains to raise or lower the lights. These types of stands work great. Great video.

Hey Luke, you had a bit of an issue with dampening off? How often were you watering and was it top or bottom watering? I ask because I ALWAYS have issues with over watering???
