There is one, it replaces all f the US Armys guns with M4s (If you have the original ArmA 2 it has more variety)

They keep boasting about dramatically improved AI, so I'm going to ASSUME that they have improved the campaign AI, but I'm not certain. However, I can agree on what you said, the AI was a real let down on the other games. It's the only reason I played multiplayer campaigns, hah
