I did a month in Japan for about 4 thousand dollars. Plane ticket 2 thousand dollars at that time. I spent minimal on housing, and i spent alot on drinks and other fun stuff. Up to u, u can get it cheap and u can get it very expensive. 1$ about 100 yen.

Kudos! I find it hard to do to find proper balance between cardio/muscle and diet.

I eat too much, I build muscle but it don't show coz I'm getting fatter, eat too little and I'm burning my muscles. Hard to find that inbetween. My experience :) Great vids, keep it up.
