Looking at your body form, i'm pretty sure you can ramp up your weights, a useful rule is that if you can do max 12RM (12 repetitions max) you need to add more weights for progressevity.
The most important advice I can give to you is this: you should only work out with the training you find the most enjoyment from.
Couch potato or not, you're still training, that's a heck of a lot better compared to the guys/girls who aren't doing anything, props to you sir!

Anyways I assumed you were training to gain hypertrofi (muscle mass) but a quick google gave me some insight on "circuit training", apparently it's a great program for burning energy and conditioning. The reason I removed my comment was because I wrongly assumed you were training for bulk instead of quickness, my bad.
