About Lila Cita
UK's premier Balinese Gamelan performing group, Lila Cita was founded initially as Kembang Kirang in 1992 by Andy Channing to play Balinese angklung. The group regularly performs throughout the UK and abroad on various styles of Balinese gamelan, often accompanied by the dance company Lila Bhawa. In July 2006, Lila Cita & Lila Bhawa achieved a successful Bali Tour, which climaxed with a performance at the prestigious PKB, Bali Arts Festival, in Denpasar.
