Because the people who own the private banks that literally "CREATE" MONEY OUT OF NOTHING, either by printing paper money (counterfeiting) or by changing some numbers on a computer screen (fraud). They NEVER LENT THE MONEY TO ANYONE in the first place because they didn't actually HAVE the money, they FABRICATED it. They should not be paid back even a single penny of real actual money they should be arrested for financial terrorism, fraud & counterfeiting.
