as far as rating go after season 1 the ratings apparently did go down but Season 2 was still a sucess and season 3 went down even more (one possibility was the people who hated that Mack replaced Max, Vampires Vs. Zombies, who knows exactly)

as for me I had a gut feeling it was going to happen given that the third season it felt like they were running out of people to put onto the show

since season 3 is close to being done, what is your thoughts on the seasons?

as for me, first season was fun...even if it did have dumb matchups (Pirate Vs. Knight anyone) and questionable weapon testing (the grenade testing from Green Beret Vs. Spetsnaz)

second season is when things started to get REALLY stupid, the match ups were a little more questionable, the weapon selection got worse (Al Capone Vs. Jesse James, Alexander the Great Vs. Attila The Hun, Roman Centurion Vs. Rajput, etc), the list goes on

third season, as far as testing goes (weapon on weapon wise) they did a much better job and other then like 1 episode it didn't feel like one side was screwed over because one side got a better weapon selection
