@callum828 I'm quite sure 4lbs is enough, I was told this by an MMA fighter, but then again, he's probably never done it, and I haven't struck someone in the neck, so I s'pose I'll never know for sure if its true, untill I come to a point where I'll try it out.

@elgostine Indeed, fist-fighting is an ancient art, but the boxing I was reffering to was modern sport boxing, though ofcourse Fist-fighting is common in almost every culture, from China in the far east to Europe, to the Pacific, and all over the western world. Cheers, mate.
