	GaGirlie777 (1 day ago) Keep an eye out for strange road construction that goes on in a city or town. I just happen to be in Atlanta today. Driving down Clairmont Road near Decatur, Georgia one lane is completely shut down, and they are digging up a road literally. There also was a strange gray box type vehicle that you'd not see during normal road construction. My theory? Without too many details, I think they are tampering with the water suppy in that area.
