Im a chiptune artist who decided to stop people from killing the 8-bit nsf scene on you tube my uploading crappy 8-bit remixes on you tube using GXSCC.

What is GXSCC: GXSCC is basically a program used to play your midi files and change the instrument into 8-bit. People would the proceed to record the output and then upload it on youtube. The problem with GXSCC is that all music made with the program sound exactly the same. A whole bunch of instruments squashed together with crappy drums. This is stupid because all real 8-music sound different and haves styles and such that makes the experience very unique and fun. For years and years people have been making real authenic 8-bit music. And now GXSCC users are really hurting the scene with crappy drag and drop converts. Dont give these guys credits they do not deserve.
