About Grassroots & Social Media
What has the grassroots been doing with their youtube ("grasstubes") channels for the last 3-4 years? Who are the grassroots? Starting with 58 organizations that use the idea of grassroots on their websites, we made the assumption that these organizations may "be" grassroots and they may have another relationship with the grassroots, like "serving" it or "using" "grassroots" tools. Some may mean something when they use the term grassroots, while others may just use it facetiously or meaninglessly. Nonetheless, this channel is an exploration of all the grasstubes uploaded by these grassroots related organizations. G&SM is a project of GrassrootsCafe, and is created to explore the deeper meaning of the idea of grassroots. We hope that you enjoy the history of grasstubes over the last four years!
