really, you need to learn some basic physics. The angle and the range of motion you use is probably more equivalent to using 10-15kg...

I would like to see it's performance in murkier water. We often only have a visibility of about 3m/10ft.

@Vurdulak I swim 300ft in less than 1:40 min. So everybody should be able to do it in 14 minutes.

But the requirement is 300 yards. Still, with just a little bit of training, everybody should be able to make it, as it really is not that fast or hard at all.

I am not a fast swimmer, but I do 1000m...
