Hello Grand Master! I've been watching your videos for some time now. I'm a big fan. I feel your merdian qi gong postures are very effective, I can just feel the energy moving through the meridians and off my hands into the air.

I was just wondering how did you learn how to use mudras effectively? I feel the mudras are powerful, but I don't understand all basic mechanism or how the qi projections are formed and how they have certain qualities. Pretty much no one has this information, I just thought I'd ask someone that has a lot of experience about their thoughts on feeling the mudras and what method I should go about trying to figure out more about the mudras and maybe even make up a new one. I've been looking for a Qi Gong that specifically addresses each meridian. Your Shun Shen Tao is the only one I have seen thus far, besides medical qi gong, thank you. Does your system address the strange channels as well? Also do you know any other system that specifically addresses specific meridians besides medical qi gong? your page is a wealth of knowledge, thanks.
