These safety nuts make me laugh. People that do backflips on bicycles are way more awesome than the people who ride with helmets, elbow, and knee pads around a padded track. Yeah, it's dangerous, exactly, that's the fucking point. The only thing I would do differently is take out that stupid AAD ...
