The Great Lakes Environmental Festival (GLEF) is intended to promote citizenship and responsible individual behavior as it relates to the environment. The film and photo competition is intended to demonstrate practical solutions that each person could incorporate into their daily lives. The goal of GLEF is to reward responsible ecological behavior.
