Thinking about what could've been done is a bit pointless for things that have already happened, so it's best to apply them to future endeavours. Learn from mistakes and such. Yeah, if they don't listen to reason, they'll listen to a Youtube copyright theft warning. You have proof that it's yours with the original replay, you even uploaded the video before him, so it's an airtight complaint! I doubt he'd steal any of my videos since I commentate over them, but if he did, I'd be bugging him until he deleted the video.

My only hope is that his latest video attracts trolls, since he was complaining about some guy "randomly downvoting" his videos, and then shows himself going to an alt to "negate" the dislike. It sounds like he's chewing gum on microphone, and gets considerably irate about the "coward" who's downvoting his videos, despite being neutral about it. Before he removed the ratings, he had about 12 likes and 8 dislikes on that video.

Oh, and I think you can flag his video as stolen content if you have enough proof, though I'm guessing you've already done that.
