I'm promoting; editing out-of-control internet abuse. Oh by the way I'm not a government. If you make a civilized comment that applies to the content you have nothing to worry about. If you enjoy people saying whatever they want without limits then you should probably go somewhere else

Ambrose was more a storyteller, I am Not saying a liar, than a Historian IMO.

Harry Yeide(author of The Longest Battle, among other works) is a much better Historian of the 2nd World War IMO, esp when compared to Ambrose.

Oh, I'm really afraid of all the threats in your profile. What are you practizing here? The highest form of censorship, or what?

Keep up the fine work and spread the word of WWll, most of my generation did not discover the war, it was never studied in High School and today there are over 1500 men dying every day who served in the war.
I do take exception with your thoughts on Professor Stephen Ambrose who's scholarly thoughts on WWll and the Band of Brothers episodes were excellent beginnings for a generation of people ignorant of WWll
My favorite documentary is World At War Produced by Jeremy Isaacs, with Chief Historical advisor Dr Noble Fankland.
I'm captivated by other documentaries to numerous to mention but I will name one more and that is Architecture of Doom, The Nazi Philosophy of Beauty through Violence.
Never in my expirence with the war had I heard of such an interesting concept.
"War Is Hell"
