We will be modifying our terms of use for our videos, as some of our products contain royalty free license terms which we cannot alter, Google's new Terms of Service, violate these license terms, we do not feel that it is our responsibility to enforce those terms
We provide original Audio, Video Products, which we either own the copyrights, and or are operating a royalty free license, these products, are not transferable, Googles new policy would violate these terms of use, We feel strongly that this is wrong and that Google should revise its position on this issue else face litigation from large corporations, such as Apple inc, and other large advertisers and product creators,.
Again our products are fully licensed, we cannot and will not transfer these licenses to Google as a matter of legal consequence, should Google choose to violate these license agreements we are not responsible for and litigation that might follow the unauthorized use of our products in such a way that would create liability to Google for the Unauthorized use of said materials.
