Hey there, I go by FusedSimplicity online. I was recently offered recon armor from bungie but turned it down and instead made an agreement with them to have a contest for it! Here is how it works. Go to my newest video and watch it for a brief explanation of the challenge complete with rules and download links. Then whoever completes the challenge quickest in the time limit will get my set of recon armor. Cheers to the easiest way to get recon armor to this day.
