First heard this song while stationed at Kunsan Air Base South Korea in '83. Sure brings back memories........... Any other "Wolf Pack" members out there?
First heard Dave Mason while stationed at Seymour-Johnson AFB, Goldsboro, NC. My good friend Dan Gribble had his album and a bitchin' stereo he had bought while stationed in Okinawa. If you are out there Dan, I'll never forget you my friend and the good times we had.
Every gearhead on earth recogizes this and knows that it comes from the greatest car chase movie of all times. Long live Vera, Kowalski, and Super Soul!!
What ever happened to great southern rock? Jeez, I miss the '70s and McDuffie high school. I joined the Air Force and was shocked to find that the Okinawans loved Southern Rock.
I always listened to these guys while in high school in the '70s in Anderson, SC. Even had a Molly Hatchet bumper sticker that caused a small sensation. Any McDuffie Tuffies that read this email me and let's talk about the halcion days.
