Hey!
I'm Sara and I'm 18.
When I was 15 I discovered a disease that's going to stay with me for the rest of my life. It's called steatosis. Look for it on Google... I noticed that everytime I ate my belly hurts. The pain was so intense that sometimes I couldn't even walk! And it was like that in every single meal for years!
After that, I changed my diet. Today I don't feel any pain :) That goal is complete but it's not enough. I still have and I'll always have fat in my liver because it's almost impossible to remove it completely. I said almost.
Here comes the other goal:
I want to look like a model. I don't want to be one. ( I'm not even tall... :P ) I just want to feel good about myself. Beautiful and healthy. And I know you want that too!
I started this channel because I want to prove the people with eating disorders (I'm not one, I just want to show you that even I, with a disease like that, can look good!), that we have the body we choose. Yes, what I'm saying is that you're fat because you want to. You are not fighting to look better. I wasn't too. I believe that we are what we eat. I'm going to do exactly what my favorite model Miranda Kerr says "I only eat what's good for my body". That's a strong thing to say. That comes from someone that has the power to decide how to look perfect ;)
I don't care about pounds. I care about proportions.
I want to be an example. I want to be a real proof that we can be exactly like the women we see in the magazines. I'm showing you my body so you can't say it's Photoshop. AND you don't need to be completely skinny to be beautiful. Bones were not made to be outside our bodies.
