  You were lucky to have such a great teacher, do you still do this? I saw it in Going Surfing in the seventies and I was hooked. I miss surfing DY and all the other great Sydney breaks. Best surf in the world I feel. So many good breaks in such a small area. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comment. Great sound from such a good looking lap steel. Nice playing as well. I made my electric from a north coast Blackwood equivalent called Sally Wattle. Its a very stable, rich coloured timber with great sustain.
