Lag in highly turbo charged modded cars is especially bad.
Large normally aspirated high revving engines are considered the finest of the fine as far as driving pleasure goes- which is why you'll find them fit to 1/2 mill cars.

That's completely wrong. When a car's coasting the instantaneous MPG will go through the roof (for obvious reasons). 99MPG is just the limit on the readout.
As for people scoffing at the 6MPG, accelerate in any car and the MPG will drop like a stone. You guys are getting you avera...
